1. Nature of the Platform
Disha's Diary is a single-creator personal publishing platform operated exclusively by Disha. All public users register with the Fan role. Fans are granted non-exclusive, revocable, personal access to view and interact with Disha's permitted digital entries.
2. Single-Creator Model & Fan Conduct
Fans cannot publish public posts or message other fans. Direct messaging is strictly restricted to one-to-one communication between the individual fan and Disha. Harassment, abuse, non-consensual sharing, or attempts to circumvent access controls will result in immediate suspension.
3. Closed-Loop Credits System
Digital credits purchased or issued on Disha's Diary are closed-loop stored value instruments usable strictly to unlock digital posts published by Disha. Credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs, video clips, written journal entries, and voice recordings remain the exclusive intellectual property of Disha. Unlocking a post grants personal viewing rights only. Screen recording, redistributing, or commercializing content is strictly prohibited.
