1. Stored Value Nature
Disha's Diary operates a closed-loop credit system where 1 Credit = ₹1 INR. Top-ups are stored prepaid balances intended solely for unlocking Disha's digital posts.
2. Permanent Unlocks
Once an individual post has been unlocked with credits, the digital content is delivered immediately and permanently granted to your fan account. Because digital media is immediately accessible, completed unlocks cannot be revoked or refunded.
3. Duplicate Deductions & Failures
Our atomic transaction engine enforces database locks and idempotency keys to ensure duplicate taps never deduct credits more than once. If a technical glitch results in an erroneous deduction without granting access, the deduction is automatically reversed.
